From shadow puppetry of ancient Asia to the middle ages wandering puppet show
to the puppets shows like thunderbirds, XL5, in “Supermarionation” lol.
The skills needed for these show was amazing. Maquettes, scaled vehicles,
clothing etc etc,
Is it a lost art? I hope not, Maybe we will see a revival of puppetry
Perhaps some street entertainers will pick up the crafts.
I for one hope so…
